We hadn't lived in the house for long when I took this. We were still figuring out where everthing fit into the house. How we used the space. Learning how the light moves through this old house at different times of day.
There are areas of our home that don't get a lot of light. Our dining room...our living rooms. But every afternoon, at the right time of year, for a short few hours, light comes flooding in, highlighting the few things that fall in it's path.
I still remember the light this day. How it fell, and how it lit up my son when I took this.
