Today is one of those days where everything seems a little off balance. You know those kind of days. We all have them, and we all hate them. One of the most important things I have learned in the past few months is that I only really need to think about two things to start making this kind of day better.
The first is to act. As soon as I can. Its kind of like taking ibuprofen as soon as you have a headache rather than waiting until its really bad.
The second is that the most effective "actions" are very simple:
A few moments of quiet.
Looking at something beautiful.
Remembering to breath.
