I was lucky enough to grow up in a family where creativity and big dreams were encouraged. Where the important thing was that you found something that made you happy. I spent my childhood sewing, making fairy houses, making forms (don't ask) and letting my imagination run wild. But it turns out that the thing I'm really good at and that makes me super happy involves spending my days in one of those boring officey-type places. How ironic. I'm amazingly grateful to be married to someone I really like, and have two fabulous kids (apart from when they refuse to go to bed). I still sew, knit, let my imagination run wild. I grew up in Scotland, have American parents, live in Baltimore, hold two passports and ALWAYS support the UK in the Olympics.
